I'm stuck on roughly 55 hot dogs in 10 minutes. I eventually want to make a run at Joey Chestnut ,72 hotdogs/10mins. I train every other week but I just can't seem to get up to 60+ hotdogs/10.
Is it more of a mental barrier or are there fitness things I can do?

Start being able to put down 2 gallons of water in 2 minutes.
Be able to eat a whole bags of spinach (or other low cal veggies) that can expand your stomach
