Ive seen 5/3/1 as a intermediate routine and as an advance, is it both? Does it depend of the variation? What are your thought /fit/?

5/3/1 is great for intermediate and above. Once you have a basic understanding for the main barbell lifts and a general idea of your 1 rep maxes, you can begin the program. I recommend adding more volume to the assistance work because the prescribed amount wasn't enough for me. But just try it out and stick to it, it will definitely add some weight to your lifts.

How much volume? The book said two 5x10 assistance excersises. How much should I be doing?

That 531 book is old. The newer "beyond 531" book is better and has much more options. Look it up.

Depends on the variation, beyond 531 has variations for beginners, intermediate, and advanced. 531 apparently does as well but I haven't read that yet because fuck paying $40 for one of his books when the guy is too lazy to hire a proper editor.
