/f/itizens could you rate my routine and help a motivated autistic retard?
Also advices are welcome.
Context : 200cm (6,5 in retarded unit), 89 kg.
I was about 100 kg of fat (absolutely no muscle, man tits etc...) in september. I started lifting and made a cut to 86 kg. I started "lean bulking" and taking whey since July 15th. I'm very affraid of being fat again.
Here is my 3x times a week fullbody workout :
4x5-10 Squats (it means when i can do 4x10 reps i add 5kg and i start at 4x5 again).
4x8-12 BenchPress 2 x week / 4x8-12 Incline BP the other 1 x week
4x8-12 PeckDeck
4x8-12 Chin up (assisted but every time i hit 12 reps, i decrease the assist. Currently - 19kg. soon - 10kg before unassisted)
4x8-12 Seated Row
4x12 Shrugs with dumbells
4x8-12 Dumbell Curls or Barbell curls or seated prayer curls
3x1min plank

Not great. Just do SS or something similar. You don't need curls or shrugs at this stage.
You don't have any DL or OHP. Gross.
