You wake up tomorrow and all your gains are gone. But you still retain all the knowledge that got you to your current body. What would you do differently? Would you quit lifting altogether?
That depends, am I back to skinny? Am i the same weight but with less muscle?
Either way I'd do a compound based routine, with 3 sets of 6 for most compounds, and then going up to 12 reps. Add in isolations and all that shiet.
The hardest part is eating enough, to be honest. I'd probably buy a shit load of mass gainer.
