Recently started lifting(1 month) and i'm hungry as FUCK everyday,is something wrong with me?I also do a lot of cardio(3km a day min)

Man i used to be skinny on purpose and i know a lot of shit about energy expenditure,how fat loss etc works but it really suprises me because i stuff myself with tons of food(2000 calories is a bit much for me) and still am hungry 4-5 hours later

Its all relative. 2000 calories a day is nothing to me, and i really struggle to not eat 2500 a day
Anyways, what is your goal? If you just started lifting and running, youre obviously burning more calories. Either eat more and gain some actual muscle, or dont and become a shredded skinny faggot.
