strength training is fun and a good way to progressively overload as a natty at some point
but goddamn you have to be retarded that you will look big after being able to finally lift X kg. It's all about getting enough volume, you can get to good intermediate-advanced lifts without ever leaving DYEL-mode because all you do is training your cns.
push pull or PPL or whatever routine where you train a given muscle each 48 hours while eating on a big surplus will get you big, SS prolly won't
