I'm looking for firm my pectorals, I dont want it to be very muscular, just firm. I'm 19 yo, 1m80 for 65 kg. On some forums, they advice me to do like 5 series of 10 push ups, with 30 sec of rest each time, and this all day. Isnt it too weak / not long enough ? I have a lot of time available and I feel like I can do more series so the results will come faster, is it true ? Something else, I read that for optimize the time needed for see the results, its better to dont do the training each day, but take some days of rest, could you advice me ? ty (and sorry for the bad english btw)
