None yet, but I injured my back while jumping from a 10m tower into the water at a public swimming pool. not the first time I did that, but probably the last.
patella tendonitis in both knees
medium grade tear in medial ligament in right knee
slipped disc in back
torn left pectoral
broken thumb from hookgrip
Not lifted heavy for a week because my lower back was hurting and aching. I was going to go back to compound shit on Tuesday, but my back still hurts (it doesn't ache or hurt when I sit, but if feels like its bruised if it bend my back or anything).
Its frustrating but I think i'll just keep on machines with complete back support until it feels completely better.

That's about it. I think I might have an inflamed bicept because my left bicept feels a lot weaker than my right, when I do heavy sets or hanging leg raises. I think it's due to a combination of excessive leg raised (having to support myself) and masturbation, so I cut back on both.
Recently my knee has also begun to feel off. I'm scared, what do?
Fractured both my wrists at the same time had to take 4 months off to recover. Now I can only lift with wrist staps. So my grip strength is pure shit

I haven't dead lifted in almost a year now, I got a chiropractor to work on me, my spine was bulged out sideways.
Advice, watch your form, and if you fuck up your back chiropractors are ridiculously cheap and effective.
