Not really sure if you can call gyro meat, lamb. Like you don't call a hot dog a pork chop. That said I'm just finishng up a semiboneless leg.

Lamb is fucking GOAT. Not sure if the English word lamb refers to both adult and baby sheep but where I live only sheeps under 1 year old can be sold as "lamb".

My favourite meat, so tender and tasty.

As a student myself I eat oats, cottage cheese and chicken breast 6 days a week but on sundays I visit my parents and practically always eat a beef or lamb steak or salmon fillet.

It's worth the price though if you can ever afford it.

I dont like. The meat taste like wool. Its the only meat which i do not like. Even most kebab places use pork instead of lamb. Which is hilarious, because muslims thinks its halal.

Any cool recipes with lamb? I'm a butcher and can get cheap meat whenever

I think the meat is so tasty I prefer to just eat it as is. Maybe rub some herbs and oil on it before frying but I wouldn't waste good lamb meat in a sauce for example.
