Skinny guy here,I have been working out for a week now and when I lift dumbbells my right side can lift up to 5 kg but my left side stops working once I life 2 kg for about 5-6 times, I have no problem with straightening it but I can't bend it to lift the dumbbell, shit is so annoying HELP?
Anyone had the same problem?

Same happens to me when i go over 8 kilo. I think its just being untrained and probably something caused by sitting to much at the computer. I think its what they called mouse arm or pc arm or whatever.

well if your right handed it would make sense your left arm is weaker. just keep pushing through. maybe try to do more sets on the left side for awhile until the strength is even

But on the real if you are right handed it does make sense that you can lift more with your other hand. really focus on doing more sets on the other side until your strength is even

Curls are fucking retarded i upgraded my OHP 25kg and deadlift 40kg in the last month and yet i still cant curl more than what i curled like 2 months ago for 8 reps which is 12-13kg, how the fuck do i curl more
