>skip gym for 51 days
fuck I'm ashamed, but today's workout was AMAZING.
energy like never before. lifted for 2,5 hours and did a half an hour of cardio.

let this be a lesson. monk lifestyle here I come.

I have a drink and get High night with my friends every once in a while, the hours before it starts I do an extra intense workout

Then after the hangover passes, I'm straight back to training to detox

Yeah I have a party I need to attend to on the 26th but until then it's strict detox. I just wish it doesn't get out of hand again. Maybe it's time I admit I'll never be able to be a moderate user.

Or I just chalk this down as a summer vacation and forget it ever happened. At least I did some casual sports and kept eating well.
