Just give up you're never gonna make it brah

Do pushups with your feet on your bench and something to elevate your hands to give you more ROM.
Progress to handstand pushups eventually

what are you talking about idiot? I'm not too weak to do incline, I can't. I'm home gym and don't have an incline bench, and even if I did my shoulder issues would probably prevent me from doing it. so I'm asking for alternatives.

Your question was extremely vague.

Wew lad
Do reverse grip bench press. According to EMG muscle activation, it uses the upper chest more than incline bench and is easy on the shoulders.

Are you autistic, OP? Or just a douche

seriously though look into getting an incline bench in the near future. I put it off for over a year and just wish I had bought one to start with

Literally every pressing movement involves the shoulders in some way, look at the angle you're pressing from in an incline bench and try to replicate that in your pushups
