I need a recipe for fit peanut butter cookies (or whatever snack). Mainly I need something I can take on the go that has a decent calorie and thats easy to store.

Bake a steak instead.
1/4 cup Brown sugar (optional)
1/4 cup almond crushed (optional)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1scoop protein powder (chocolate)
Oven 350
Mix dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients
Add almonds if you want
Oven for 6-8min

I've used kraft butter and the organic. They're pretty buttery already so I didn't need to add more butter or oil.
If you want coconut in there, maybe the flakes or sub coconut oil for a bit of the peanut butter
