go to the dermatologist, get prescribed a shitty treatment for 2/3 months, use it, see no result, go back, you'll be given accutane and all your problems will go away. You may try to go directly on accutane, your acne is severe enough to warrant it.

other than that eat / drink a lot of carrot/ carrot juice, Vitamin A help you get a thinner skin, allowing the hair to get out of the skin more easily and preventing zits (this is for very long term skin care, it won't do anything short term)

Eat healthy, you clearly have gut problems.
