how do I get into olympic weightlifting /fit/ ?
I can squat 395x1 and clean + OHP 185x1
can't front squat to save my life, I know I need to fix that if I want to even start

I feel like my deadlifts and front squats progress linearly. That said, I try to avoid front squats as much as possible because of the incomparable amount of stress it puts on your knees.
