About to start my first water fast, can anyone share experiences?

water fast? that sounds like the dumbest shit ever

The only time you should water fast is if you're trying to cut weight for a fight. If you're trying to lose actual body weight you need to be hydrated.

Don't eat, don't drink coffee Tbh, don't train (for your first time) and don't worry about electrolytes, keep some mineralized salt maybe but don't touch it unless you start getting dizzy every time you get up.
