Most of my friends are liberals, I'm going bald and haven't worked in months because of neck surgery.

Lifting and eating right makes me happy and gives me something to shoot for. None of my friends or family are particularly fit or in shape. Nobody has abs and most eat terribly. I have it reasonably better than most people.

Do I wish for things to be better? Sure. Lexapro helps with that but I know the harder I train I'll get there someday. Maybe turn in my natty card.
