Stop making excuses, just eat healthy and work out.

Pretty much this. It's not complicated
I have been doing IF for 6 months and im down 25 pounds. That includes a hard cheat every sunday

It does but you still need to figure out the proper way to get your nutrition.

This. If IF makes it easier, use it. If not, don't. There's nothing magical about IF other than it making a caloric deficit easier for some people.

I do. I'm trying to break my plateau you dumb niggers.
I've been on IF since september or october last year.
i feel a lot more clear-minded while fasting, and the fact I can eat two 1300cal meals or one massive 2600cal meal instead of 4 tiny unsatisfying meals is a game-changer.
every day I eat one cheat meal (ice cream, or pizza, or cookies) and still lose weight. when I was on 4 meals a day eating any cheat meal would do a number or the inner clock, health and well-being. bloating, flu-like symptoms, feeling sleepy... with IF I can eat a 2600cal meal in one sitting and my body is fine with it. it tears it apart as fuel instead of making me fat.
also, HGH producion increases 4000% after 12-14 hours of fasting. I stopped taking whey or caring about excessive protein thanks to IF. google it.

Thank you for an actual response rather than "just lift faget".
I was especially looking to hear confirmation on the HGH increase factor, so thank you for referencing that in particular.

Also, the attached article claims it increases testosterone, which I would be curious to hear some anecdotal support for this from someone.

Read into fasting, results are faster, not a meme.
Yes it works but so does>>42408942
I do if because I enjoy eating like a pig so one meal a day allows me to and still be in a deficit. I think there are other benefits of it but they could be placebo
