So I started going to the gym about a week ago doing cardio and I already feel a lot better and lost around 25 pounds in the past 2 months
Now my budget is extremely limited and I dont have more than 20$ pw for any kind of food expenses
however my work currently gives me 2 free McDonalds meal a day which I can use for a free drink a free fries (dont take atm) and 1x food item
I usually opt for chicken nuggets
would anything be healthier and better or can i make it work on 25$ pw somehow?
