Is deadlifting the honeypot exercise ?
On one side you have temptation to push your progress fast, on other hand you have risk of injury looming on you.
Should i just take it "easy" if im not a powerlifter nor do i ever intend to be one.
Lifting for 10~~ months, my best pull to date was 190kg / 418lbs sumo. I avoid going really heavy conventional because the leverages are worse for me for some reason (im 6'2)
i request boardshorts advice on that one, i heard he did some roids to bump his lifts up but he regrets it now
