I use to get tight back after every deadlift sess
already did like 4 back stretches before and after
the tightness wouldn't go away til mid day, two days after deadlifting
I foam roll now. the tightness is mostly gone once I use it. barely feel it the morning after the sess. now I can deadlift every other day and up the weight each time.

Get a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, and length of PVC pipe too. Only thing that loosens up my calves is the PVC

I always foam roll after training calves, I get the worst calf doms for like 5 days after training, but when I foam roll its not that bad at all and only lasts for 2 days or so. I don't notice that much difference for quads or back but when I foam roll I just roll everything cause it feels kinda comfy once you're used to it.
