DOMS:How long does it last?
It's been 1 week since leg day and my left quad is still agonising to squat on. I've been lifting 2 years and never experienced one this long. It doesn't appear to have diminished at all over that time, usually my DOMS lasts 2-3 days. Can anyone help me with this?

The last time I had DOMS was when I squatted 4pl8. I also did some quadriceps for well over 100lbs. It lasted for about 4 days I'd say
Depending on how hard you worked out, it can last for a while.

Varies based on how long you've been out of the gym. I was down two weeks with severe doms after 15 years of nolifts

If everything you say is true then you might have injured yourself and it's not simple delicious muscle soreness
