When I do biceps curls (inb4), my forearms get hot but my biceps remain cold: am I doing it wrong?
Go 5lbs lighter and see if you feel your bis more
Dont grip the weight so tightly, let your fingers hook around the wait rather than engaging the forearm by grasping the bar. Its kind of hard to explain without showing you but I had the same problem
