ITT we post pictures of people and invent routine they'd do at the gym.
I'll start with that middle aged man with kids lifting every sunday morning.

>2*10 BB bench press
>2*10 DB flies
>4*10 DB curls
>4*10 barbell curls with some weird ass form

if my friend wanted to know... why should i tell him this is a joke routine?
There's nothing wrong with shoulder press machines, I used to use the one in my old gym a lot (current one doesn't fit my proportions I believe).
This looks like a solid routine for chest and bis btw.
