As a medical student I tell you that all these general symptoms of low test that are spewed here have other more plausible causes than actual low levels of testosterone in an early 20s guy. That doesn't give your doctor a right to laugh at you though.

All doctors have assburgers, any good doctor would not colloquially explain why you don't have low test, because they would get fired for belittling a health issue. They would calmly explain you're within the standard range, and if you were persistent they would run a test.
