can you guys recommend a good intermediate powerlifting program? I've been training for about 6 months now, making some sweet gains, my lifts are something like
BP: 205x1
DL: 345x1
Squat: 245x1
up to this point ive just been kind of winging it, just training how ever i feel like, going for PR's every workout, and basically enjoying the noob gains. I want to go to that next level and really optimize my potential. Any suggestions?

are you still progressing? if so dont stop your routine
squat <20kg less than your bench
lol...
you should do the russian squat routine. it was a program aimed at beginners to get their length strength up
You look better than me and aren't much weaker and I've been training for 3 years
It may be because I'm sleep deprived but I honestly want to kill myself. I don't enjoy this.

i'm still progressing, but for some reason i feel like i NEED to be following a program or else im gunna end up suffering in the long run

i hardly ever squat i kinda just tell myself that i'm getting all the leg stimulation from deadlifts (yes i know it sounds retarded) i just hate the movement with a vengeance

it sounds retarded because it is retarded. you need to start squatting 2-3 times a week and put 40kg on your squat. the fastest way to do this is with a dedicated squat program. this will make the rest of your lifts go up (especially deadlifts)

You are on perfect track. Programs are for people who can't into raw motivation. They need little gold stickers and achievement paths.

5/3/1 a 4 week program with linear progression

would you seriously call it novice? i think i've made enough progress to be past the novice point... i know what i'm doing and for my height age and body weight those are objectively not regular guy numbers
