I work out every day at the gym but i'm not seeing as many gains as I want because I weigh barely anything. Any ideas?

1. You shouldnt go to the gym every day, youll have no time to rest. Make it 3-5 days a week, 1-2 and a half hours at a time.
2. Examine your routine. If your goal is hypertrophy you should be doing 3 sets of 8-12 and working each muscle group 2 times a week.
3. Have some damn patience, you wont turn into a greek god overnight
4. EAT BIG TO GET BIG, COME ON!

If you're a twig, eat more.
If you're fat, eat less.
You'll never look like how you want to unless you roid or lift+eat consistently for 2-3 years.

>are you making a conscious effort to ACCURATELY count your calories
>are you gaining weight consistently
>are you on an actual training program, and are you tracking your sets in a way where you can progressively increase your 1rm

do all of the above, and report back in 6 months. You arent going to get overnight results dude. Go to the gym because you actually ENJOY lifting. Dont go to the gym expecting you put on 5 pounds of muscle every month. It just doesnt work that way
