A part of my sternum, towards the upper side, clicks or pops when I stretch. It also hurts badly when I sneeze.
I also can't breathe properly; I feel as if my lungs or diaphragm can't expand properly. This has been going on for well over a year. Could I have dislocated my ribcage while benching with snap city form? What the fuck do they do if I have? Do I just get a robocop ribcage? Do they break the bones and mend them together in the proper way? Or is there a way to unfuck them mechanically? How sternous is the process? Has anyone went through something similar?

Could be a cartilage issue, which would be a bummer because I don't think it grows back or heals. You'd have to have an x-ray to rule out any dislocation or fracture.

Costochondritis.
It's a common injury to the cartilage in your sternum/rib cage, it might hurt and often causing a clicking or a pop when you lift something.
I've had it for years. Almost every time I do incline or overhead press there's a loud pop from my chest the moment I get the weight up above me.
It normally heals in a short amount of time but because I keep lifting it never fully goes away. My doctor said I could stop lifting for a couple of months and it would heal but I don't want to.
