Hey /Fit/ I've been going to gym for a few years on and off and now I need to train my brother.
I've always done muscle building and endurance based workouts but my bro needs to loose weight, I know weight loss is cals in vs out but what kind of workouts should I be doing with him?

If you want him to get a "healthy body" or whatever make him do BJJ (trust me) but if you want him to get big and strong just put him on a strength program while you tell him to eat less.
