For the last months I started eating more,I also stopped drinking soda,eating snacks and stopped smoking,I started going to the gym,sleeping more and finally get a bit in better shape and overall look healthier

Somehow after me getting my shit straight and working hard she magically she gets the will power to do cardio (I guess),eat better and lose a couple of pounds
Is she is going to turn into pic related anons? Should I ask if she goes to the same gym I go and drop by to see the effort she puts in?
Or is she going to slowly regain the weight/fat?
