Got I wish I could help but all I do push ups and chin ups for a bit of my chest and the the rest for my curling bar I use for all my other work out bc I done have actually equipment
How did you get abs
I've been working out for like a year and I still don't have abs, I'm only like 150 pounds at 6'1 and I have almost no fat on my body except for my belly, I can't feel any fat anywhere but my stomach

I four different core work out I do
1- push up combo where I place my leg far crossed and do a push up and switch
2- bicycle crunches where one elbow touches opposite knee back and forth
3- figure 8s with my legs lying on my back 15 times
4 lift my legs up to the ceiling then down with out curling them for touching the ground 15 times

Started bracing my core when doing deads, squats and chinups. seems to have jump started abs development
