What's your opinion on fueling your workouts with caffeine?
I've gotten into the habit of drinking a soda before mine, and it really helps me power through it. The rest of my diet is pretty much in check, so I guess it isn't hurting anything. Am I wrong?
Rockstar for me at the gym. Then water the rest of the day. Including water with proton powder of course.

Caffeine is great, just don't get retarded with it.
My go to pre workout snack is a cup of coffee, a banana and some peanut butter.
