Im missing tonsils and foreskin. Had some teeth pulled and a big head so I have plenty of room for my wisdom teeth. Before/after comparisom for tonsils is I dont get sore throats as much (i had necrotic tonsils), I end up with a lot more saliva/accidental drooling, and when I drink fast I get shit going up and out my nose
