Is the SPHINCTER MUSCLE a muscle that can be trained? I've heard that tons of old gays and some slutty grills have to wear diapers because its "exit only" and once they get fucked too much they're fucked.

However I've also heard that you can train it and make tightness gains and have no problems.

Your external anal sphincter i.e. the bottom left image is made up of skeletal muscle so is under your control.
I don't know if you can get it loose from just getting rammed anally but pregnancy/surgery to that area can fuck you up. To tighten it try kegel exercises.

You can. But the need to is relative to frequency of being railed and how big or deep the railers are.

Its worth noting that its not a fix for every problem. There are multiple aspects involved. For most people, there isnt one because most people are not getting banged 5 days a week over years with huge schlongs.

So you can make the muscles stronger, but thats not exactly the same as maintaining a tight hole. Most people wont notice the difference either way, but I have to issue that caveat for people who think a decade of being fisted has no effects. What you really build is control, not so much 'tightness'. Again, most wont notice the difference.
