Is there anybody here eating just once per day? I have been doing it for a month and have dropped 5kg I am down from 151kg to 146kg my goal is to get to 110kg which at 6'4 I think is a healthy weight for my build.
At 5am I have 2 cups of black coffee and 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in water.
I drink water through out the day at work, usually about 2 litres.
I eat about 6pm, first few days I gorged on crap but now I am eating what my usual serving size was.
I feel like now food saps energy from my body, when I am at work I have so much more energy now.
I am interested to see how other people have found eating just once per day?
