What's the simplest(not easiest) way for a person of my physique and structure to bulk up?
I'm personally looking for a Jujimufu style physique. I'm looking to build efficiently, even if it means not being natty.
I'm open to using anabolics and whatnot if needed, no oil or other shit like that though.

why dont you try and learn how to lift first before jumping straight into roids, ya pussy.
Figure out your TDEE based off your activity level and be honest. Go into a 10% surplus follow your macros and focus on lifting and get plenty of sleep it's going to take some time. Once you notice you're hitting a platue change the program. Only when you feel you can't progress more naturally then go down the route of taking steroids. There is a great book you should look into as well it's Arnold's encyclopedia of bodybuilding.
