Every time you lift hold the bar for few seconds extra.

Just hold a heavy barbell (with a double overhand grip) in your hands for like 5 sets until failure and use the alternate grip for your regular deadlifts if you can't do them with the regular grip. Be sure to switch sides on the alternate grip to avoid muscle imbalances.
