/fit/, I need some big help.
I've been sticking to my 5-6 day split and waiting for my gym to come in so I can maximize the efficiency each day. Thing is, there's no good gyms nearby. My bro has been looking and all them are either overpriced or super small.
Would I still be able to continue lifting with free weights in my apartments gym? They have a V-bar, tricep pulls, and a bicep machine all in one, but how important is it that I find a gym?
Plus I'm thinking about switching my split to a more demanding 5day twice a week split.
Buy a home gym. If you don't have room for a home gym, build a shed for your gym.
