Who here /works out by flexing/ ? You can already completely contract all your muscles against their own opposing muscles (eg contract bis and tris at the same time), so why do we even need weights?
I started working out my glutes by doing this, basically flexing them really hard every time I jerk off, and I think it works well, gives more of an ass burn than hip thrusts
how do you expect to get larrrge with no weights to lift? theres a reason why you dont get big if you lift 5 pound dbs all day

a rigorous daily pump routine followed by rigorously flexing and brisk walks throughout the day is all you need
