You can do pretty good lateral raises with 25lbs
>>42393066
yes
>lateral raises
>front raises
>flys
>curls

yes you can, do concentrated unilateral curls, triceps kickback, lateral and front raises, flies for pecs, pushups,

Why unilateral curls over doing curls with both arms at the same time (whatever that's called)?

Nty faglet
Do you have a pullup bar OP? Once you can do a bunch with just your bodyweight, you can hold those weights between your legs for some juicy back/bicep gains.
well, you'll be able to lift 25 lbs

this guy's channel has lots of variations of exercises, seems legit.

both arms at the same time is more difficult (better for athletic perfomance, or if you have limited equipment/weight) and you are bracing your core like you should takes more effort in that too.
being able to do a heavy curl and cheating when using heavier weight also has its place and is good too. do all mix of them
