yeah I did that and it turned out I tore 4 ligaments and developed a bulging disc. Might have to get surgery. Do not recommend.

I was a caregiver and I destroyed my back to the point where there are days where I couldn't get up. I literally would have to crawl if a fire happened and I had to urinate in bottles because I can't even sit let alone stand to walk to the bathroom.

It's easily the most painful experience of my life and I have muscle relaxers to stop the muscle spasms and tramadol for pain. Most days are good though and I can still function pretty normally.
