How do you maintain your weight? I've been dieting for the past two years and forgot proper eating habits. Should I still count calories? I've been eating 1500 (approximately) a day the past couple years, and I see 2500 is the recommended mark for maintaining for my age. (20). But when I eat that much I feel guilty. Should I just accustom my body to this much?
