There's the pectoralis major and the pectoralis minor beneath it. Pectoralis major has insertions in the sternum and clavicles. The sternocostal head is 'lower chest' and the clavicular head is 'upper chest'. Educate yourself. Wikipedia is a good source for basic human anatomy.
