Try doing an overhead press but shrugging at the top. I've heard it's good for shoulder impingements. Just in general try strengthening all parts of the shoulder and your problem might go away.

I've had surgery on both my shoulders, left rotator, right 3 muscles and 2 tendons tore, go see a physical therapist...mine did an excellent job...stiff at times when I do heavy shoulders but soreness and stiffness goes away after awhile..they feel great and OHP 2PL8 for reps
