Yes, Sunday is prep day.

I've had some luck with Stewroids and brown rice lately.

This should feed you for a week:
- 4 onions chopped
- 4 - 8 carrots chopped
- one thing of celery chopped
- half a bag of Costco Stir Fry Vegies
- 2 containers of Kirkland hamburger cooked and strained
- 2 pounds of steak meat seared and cut up
- 1 container of something like golden curry (jap curry is like gravy)
- extra spices because golden curry is pretty weak
- enough bone broth to cover all that shit.
- enough butter, oil, etc. to not burn shit when you start

- Make some brown rice while your at it.

Suggested serving: 2 cups of stew and some rice.
Stop eating when you're full, you fat fuck.
Have some broccoli with it.

I'm assuming you can throw stuff in a pot, so on and so forth.

I've enjoyed it.

>>

Wont this stuff taste horrible if you reheat it ? I havent really looked into foodprep but how do you eat it ? microwave it or do you guys eat it cold ?
>>
>>42380723
I cook only on days that end in 'Y'

All I do is cook.

18 eggs with veggies and bacon/sausage every morning. Prep up 5 salads for lunches. And then dinner when the kids and husband get home.

We have Taco Tuesday, and Chinese Friday. Then the kids each have a day where they choose dinner.

Saturday is movie night and the kids get to eat whatever they want. Pizza rolls, totinos pizza, popcorn, hot pockets, whatever, no restrictions as long as it can be microwaved or thrown on a baking sheet.

And Sundays are grandparent's day where they get the fuck out of my non-existent hair.

Saturdays me and the husband generally don't eat dinner. And Sundays is date night so we usually stop somewhere a little fancy downtown.

Might be a marinade, probably just a dry rub. If you mean the dollop, it could literally be anything. Maybe yogurt, or some thick sauce.

I cook almost every day. Well I work in a kitchen, but that's not what you mean. I'll make something at home and it'll be enough for two meals for both me and the gf usually. But since I eat most dinners and lots of lunch at work, it makes it easier.

Before that, I batched out maybe three meals at a time. It just seems to be what I habitually prep at a time. And I make soup once a week. Mostly for the gf to take to work, and my occasional lunch at home.

this shit sounds like something out of a Sam Hyde script for MDE.

I cook everyday. I do take to work my own food (so I can track calories/macros) but I cook it the night before.
Cooking everything on sunday used to be "efficient" but by the second day I was sick and tired of eating the same shit.
>ordera meal prep service
Are you gay? the fuck do you need other than a stove, a pot, and a pan?
>>
>>42380996
Bullshit. No modern woman cooks for her family like this nowadays.
>>
>>42381317
>implying I'm a woman
>>
>>42381355
That explains it.

So who is taking care of who's kids?
>>
>2 lb split peas
>1 lb bacon
>3 lb ground turkey
>1 lb spinache

Cook all that shit in a skillet, add in some chicken bouillon, part it out and wrap it in tortillas to make like 46. Now just freeze them and you're set for like 2 weeks

>>42381555

dude this disgusting trash meal is easy as sfuck to make, what the fuck do you mean "how do you guys do this?"

>rice: put in pot with water. literally do nothing until its cooked
>broccoli: put it in steamer with water. literally do nothing until its cooked
>chicken: put on pan with oil. flip once.

it's all bland as hell with no seasoning let alone marinade, you can literally cook that same amount of food in under a half hour total (including prep time and clean up). you don't even need a kitchen you can do all of that with a shitty portable burner

This, do you "meal prep" dudes literally hover around the oven all the time as you cook and thus "don't have time to cook"?
>>
>>42380723
I cook a pot of mincemeat, mushrooms, beans and spices on a Sunday night, throw it in plastic containers and freeze it. I can normally make a couple weeks worth of slop in one hit. Along with that it's a half bag of snap frozen veggies a day.

>cooked rice
>bean mix (usually red kidney, black and brown beans
>a shit ton of veggies (usually broccoli, kale, spinach, peas and carrots)

Not even vegan but this is super healthy, filling and cheaper than a boat whore

Also I'll season with different spices and sauces and shit
