Why do people in the USA have to take drug tests so often? Over here if my employer or anyone asked me to piss in a cup I'd tell them to fuck off.

Anyone in healthcare has to do it upon hiring. And they also get randomly tested. Sucks real bad, feels like an invasion of privacy.
For almost any other job, no drug test.
I think if you went to jail for possession, you need to get tested at regular intervals.
