What's the procedure for being sick? Do you guys just eat light and sleep and then lift the next day or force yourself through it? Woke up with a cold sore, no hunger, my legs are super tired, and some sort of sinus thing.

Soup 'n toast, a fried chicken seed, hot green tea, cold shower. Aside from that, nyquil gelcaps and four fingers of whiskey. If your sinuses are fucky, I'd suggest taking mucinex and drinking lots of water. That's usually how I nurse myself back to health.
Drink a lot of water.
Eat plenty of food.
Generally if the symptoms are from the neck and up you can train, if from the neck and down it is better to wait a day or two
