I used to have sleep problems from stress at work, and I tried sleeping pills, nyquil, etc. etc. They made me sleep but was groggy as fuck the next day. Doc told me to try aspirin and I never thought because we always had Tylenol growing up.
Man, maybe its my physiology but aspirin sedates me like a gimp.
