I work Saturday-Tuesday when it's impossible for me to workout (it's just unpheasable) I've worked out since Monday and now have two days until Saturday. Do I workout the last two days to get every bit of workout time in or do I take a day off before then? I'll have Wednesday and Thursday free after those 4 days off before I work Friday-Monday again.

Rest days are a meme and only apply to muscles you just worked on the previous day.
