Would cutting iced tea out of my diet help me loose the gut i've been getting? Im 6'2 and 170ish and my metabolism is pretty damn fast but I love iced tea to death, like the cheap shitty kind with tons of sugar and I drink TONS of it. Its never been much of a problem but im starting gain a little bit of weight and develop a gut. Rest of my diet is pretty solid my mother is very health conscious and makes most of our meals and I dont eat a ton of junk food. So is this the cause of my recent weight gain?
